Attending The Ohio State University has provided me with opportunities to grow academically, professionally, and personally. As a Pre-Law Scholar in the Dunn Sport & Wellness Scholars Program, I am pursuing dual degrees in Sport Industry and Communication, along with a Sports Communication certificate. Through my coursework and hands-on experiences, I am building the skills to pursue a future career in law.

Dunn Sport & Wellness Scholars

Being selected for the Dunn Sport & Wellness Scholars Program has been one of the most meaningful parts of my Ohio State experience. The program has connected me with a community of students who are passionate about leadership, wellness, and service. As the Social Media Chair on the Leadership Council and a member of the Welcome Committee, I have contributed 20+ volunteer hours planning events, creating digital content, and helping new students feel welcomed and supported as they begin their Buckeye journey.

Buckeye Sport Industry Network

As the Marketing and Communications Chair for the Buckeye Sport Industry Network, I combine my passion for sports and communication by strengthening the organization's upcoming presence on campus. This leadership role has allowed me to develop valuable professional communication skills while connecting with students and industry professionals who share my passion for the business of sports.

Game Day Experiences

My coursework has been enhanced through incredible hands-on experiences with FOX Big Noon Kickoff and ESPN College GameDay, where I have worked behind the scenes during Ohio State football game days. These opportunities have given me firsthand exposure to sports media and event operations while allowing me to meet coaches, student-athletes, broadcast professionals, and members of Ohio State Athletics administration. Each experience has strengthened my passion for the sports industry and reinforced the importance of teamwork, preparation, and storytelling.

Faith & Community

Outside of the classroom, I have found a supportive community through The Salt Company at Ohio State. My faith has become an important foundation throughout college, providing opportunities to build meaningful friendships, serve others, and continue growing personally and spiritually alongside fellow students.

Looking Ahead

Every opportunity at Ohio State has challenged me to become a stronger leader, communicator, and advocate. Whether serving fellow Buckeyes or gaining experience in the sport industry, I am grateful for a university that has encouraged me to pursue my passions with purpose. As I continue my journey toward law school, I know the experiences, relationships, and lessons I've gained as a Buckeye will continue to shape the leader I hope to become.
